Art by Raette Return policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Raette inspects and signs each print prior to shipping them to you and takes great care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. If the print does not meet her standards she will notify you by email or phone (as provided by you) and provide options to move forward. If no options are acceptable to you, you will be refunded for your purchase
Each order is 100% insured by FedEx shipping to protect against damage that could occur in transit.
Before ordering
Measure the space where you plan to hang your artwork to ensure the sizing is appropriate. We are not responsible for the size of the print that you order.


You will have 5 business days upon receipt of your product to inspect your purchase for damage. If damage occurs during shipment, please take photographs of the packaging and the damage that occurred and send the photographs of the damage to us so that we can work with UPS and you to recover the cost of your purchase, or replace your purchase. We recommend using UPS to return your item, pay them do the packaging, and insurance to cover the entire purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unless the packaging was also damaged in transit.

We keep records of all purchases made, so if you lose your receipt, that is okay.

Once we have reviewed your request for refund we will notify you by email further instructions.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Raette Meredith – 860 N Meridian Rd, Unit B6, Kalispell, MT 59901.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but you will be provided tracking information for the shipment.

If your refund is approved, proceed with returning the product. Once we have received the return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days of our receipt of the returned product. Please note that refunds can take time depending on the banks involved.

Approved refund not received yet? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] so we can follow up on our end.

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:
– You simply changed your mind
– The purchase you gave as a gift was not appreciated by the gift recipient.
– The print does not fit where you wanted to hang it.
