Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Art by Raette and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Art by Raette.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Art by Raette.

Art by Raette has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Art by Raette shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

All artwork featured on www.artbyraette.com is copyright owned by Raette Meredith, artist. Any use of the images contained on the website are subject to copyright laws, and cannot be used without the advance, express permission of Raette Meredith.

It is possible that original artworks have already been sold, but not updated on the website. Please verify that the piece of artwork is available prior to purchase. If an item is out of stock and/or unavailable, the artist will refund the entire amount paid for the artwork, but will not be held responsible for any other charges outside of what was received for the artwork</>


Please be aware that computer monitors slightly vary the color of the artwork from computer to computer. I cannot guarantee that the painting will be an exact match to what shows on your screen. I make every effort to display the images to the best of my ability to accurately represent the original painting’s true colors, and I am happy to make arrangements can be made prior to purchase to view the painting in person.

The artist will issue refunds in the form of store credit only, minus shipping costs if the client is not fully satisfied with the artwork purchased. The client has 7 days from the receipt of the artwork to notify the artist that they will be returning the item. Item must be shipped within 7 days of the notification, including insurance to cover the cost of the item and tracking information. Shipment must be made in the same manner in which the item was shipped to the client, ie.. FedEx Ground, USPS, or UPS.

Once item has be received by the artist, it will be inspected. If the item is in the same condition it was when it was shipped to the client, the refund in the form of store credit will be issued to the client.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
